BLD Ventures is an adventure business engaged in investing in cashflow based operating businesses and real estate, building purpose-driven ventures, opportunistically financing and advising startup companies, and supporting social causes and public institutions. We are a family-owned company led by founder Doug Pak whose vision is to capitalize on foundational resources and experiences gained through various business ventures from 2005 to 2021 to begin a new journey of the unknown.

BLD stands for Building Lives and Dreams. While we are engaged in typical family office or venture capital style investing activities for capital growth, our long-term vision is to allocate our earned capital to building and supporting companies and organizations that make a positive impact in the world, in small and big ways.
